Trapped or free

 

Caught in the web of thoughts and sensations

 

Transmigrating three worlds-

 

Desire - those pleasant future feelings

 

Form - this mortal frame

Formless - this busy grasping mind.

 

The way out is turning 

 

IN

 

And shining 

 

LIGHT.

 

Three worlds transparent

 

Through and through

 

Outlines in emptiness

 

Understanding there is no such thing as

 

Trapped or Free

 

Or me

 

Or not me.

 

Caught in the dharma of suchness

 

Transmigrating three worlds-

 

Desire - the benefit of All

 

Form - this Buddha body

 

Formless - this mind of wisdom and kindness 

 

The way back in is turning out

 

With shining mind and helping hands

 

Trapped by vows 

 

After all
